The Service Coordinator is a liaison between our broker partners, carriers, and internal Services and EDI teams. They are responsible for the efficient collection and updating of information that is required in the implementation of EDI files. This person must be adept at communicating with carriers, brokers, and cross-functionally within the company. The ideal candidate should be very detail-oriented and organized, with experience handling time-sensitive tasks and should be comfortable resolving issues over the phone and via email. Very strong communication skills are required for this role, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple open tasks.
