Storyboard That is growing and looking for for an awesome Customer Success and Sales Assistant to support sales and marketing by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems. This position will be based in our Harvard Square office in Cambridge, MA, but will also involve travel to conferences and trade shows. Past travel destinations have included San Antonio, TX, Niagara Falls, Canada, and Orlando, FL. Job Duties: • The right candidate will be comfortable with technology and eager to learn our unique sales process from the ground up. • Will provide direct support to the Sales and Marketing team as requested. • Assist with customer care including answering the phone, chat, support tickets, and sales leads. • Demo and help onboard new customers and answer frequently asked questions. • Resolve customer issues • Coordinate with Marketing on email campaigns to target segmented lists. • Provide support to marketing and sales for conferences including logistics, ordering, purchasing • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates • Prepares company and sales presentations by compiling data • Opportunities to collaborate with all aspects of the business. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of business experience. • Previous customer service or sales support experience. • Experience working with MS Word, Excel, with a preference for also using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Education and Edtech industry a huge plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High attention for detail and the ability to cross-check data sets for accuracy. • Be very motivated, goal oriented, and work well in a cross functional, team environment. • Candidates must be able to work legally in the United States and be able to pass a background check.
