Jaclyn Jussif is a Boston-based recruiter specializing in technical recruiting and building high-performing teams. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies, as well as developing strong recruiting teams. Jaclyn has worked in the Boston recruiting industry since 2006, with KForce, MathWorks and most recently at edX. At edX, she is responsible for leading technical hiring and enabling their engineering group to achieve their mission of providing access to education worldwide.

With a masters degree in Opera, Jennifer Paxton didn't think she would have a career in talent actuation, however, she fell in love with helping candidates find the right role. She started her career at a recruiting firm placing technical professionals, then after a few years moved in-house to Fiksu where she grew their team from 150 to 300 within two years. Now Jennifer is at LevelUp, a Boston tech company building the next generation payment network that seamlessly blends customer engagement, rewards, and analytics with the consumer’s payment. LevelUp powers over 200 restaurant apps and has their own app you can download for iPhone or Android.

HR Operations Lead,

Kristina is an HR Operations Lead at edX, a Harvard and MIT-backed education startup, where she's had the opportunity to impact at scale. Starting off in a talent acquisition role, Kristina partnered with managers across the company to address their hiring challenges, create a talent strategy and deliver top talent. Currently, she oversees edX's new hire orientation program, employee engagement and recognition initiatives, and training and professional development for edX'ers. Kristina also has been involved in strategic talent initiatives around performance management, career pathways and workforce analytics.

Kristina received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, where she started her undergraduate career doing neurotoxin research. She is also a cohort member of the Forté Foundation, a non-profit consortium of leading companies and top business schools working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers. Outside of edX, you'll find Kristina trying new things like improv comedy, Krav Maga, and different cuisines.
